By accessing or using SMG Bot ("the Service"), operated by Strategic Motors Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SMG Bot is an internal automation tool that integrates with third-party services (including Slack, Zoho CRM, QuickBooks Online, and Airtable) to streamline business operations. The Service is intended solely for authorized employees and agents of Strategic Motors Group and its affiliated dealerships and partners.
3. Authorized Use
Access to the Service is limited to authorized users acting within the scope of their role. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Service’s operation.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service connects to third-party APIs on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials made available through the Service are the property of Strategic Motors Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Motors Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
